Structural Inspection

The purpose of a structural certification inspection is to determine the overall structural soundness of one or more components in a building, or the entire building. It must be performed by a licensed engineer or architect, or a certified Residential, Building, or General contractor, depending on the type of structure. The result of this inspection will determine whether or not structural repairs or modifications to a building are necessary before a sale can be completed.
