Infrared Photo Inpsection

Infrared photography can be used in both commercial and residential inspections to determine certain hidden building conditions that are not apparent in visual observation. Examples include moisture infiltration and condensation issues, which may not be evident to the naked eye. Damage to electrical wiring, short circuits, bad wiring connections, HVAC duct leaks, and condensation are some of the system issues which can be “seen” by infrared photography. Some commercial building owners will request the use of infrared photography to diagnose persistent on-going problems with their building.
