The minimum charge for a home inspection of a complete residence is $300. This charge typically applies to a three-bedroom home with two bathrooms, which is less than 15 years old.

Each of the following factors increases the price of an inspection above the basic charge:

1.) More than three bedrooms or two bathrooms

2.) Older than 15 years.

3.) A higher value for its size than average

4.) Unusual design features (cantilevers, highly angular roofs, etc.)

5.) Travel more than 30 miles one way

Other factors may affect the price as well, and they are determined on a case by case basis.

Commercial Building Inspections

Commercial inspections are priced on a case by case basis.

Structural Certifications

Charges for a one-page structural certification letter start at $300.

Draw Schedule Inspections (new construction)

The charge for each draw completion inspection is $200, which includes digital photo verification.

Mold and Infrared Photography Inspections

Charges are determined on a case by case basis.

Roof and Wind Mitigation Inspections
